Coding agents launched from an AI project now start already briefed on its instructions, skills and files, and Windows users can open PowerShell right where they are.
Added
AI Projects now ships with Commander. Coding agents such as Claude, Codex, Pi and OpenCode started from a project receive its instructions, skills, files and variables the moment they launch.
Link instruction and skill documents from anywhere on disk into a project, without widening the folders the project can reach.
Open PowerShell, or an administrator PowerShell, in the current folder on Windows. Declining the UAC prompt is handled cleanly.
Switch workspaces with Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab, or Cmd+Shift+] and Cmd+Shift+[ on macOS.
Create a new empty file from the local file panel. Names are checked and an existing file is never overwritten.
Improved
Renaming a file only by case, such as readme.md to README.md, now works on case-insensitive drives.
Moves resolve relative targets against the source folder, a trailing slash moves the item into that folder, and moving an item onto itself does nothing instead of reporting a conflict.
Deleting GitHub artifacts shows progress for each item and can be cancelled part way.
The built-in terminal picks a font that draws block characters at full width, so banners and progress bars no longer break apart.
Closing the window now always exits Commander. Workspaces come back on the next launch; use Workspace > Close to discard one.
